Share Environmental Information with NetworkBrain

The system can automatically collect environmental information, which can assist NetBrain support engineers in discovering which user's NetworkBrain system is not in good condition.

  1. Log in to System Management Page.
  2. On the Advanced Settings tab, move to the Share Environmental Information with NetworkBrain area, and select the following two checkboxes to enable data collection.
  • I want to share Domain Management statistics with NetworkBrain
  • I want to share System Monitor statistics with NetworkBrain
  1. View the statistics contained in the environmental information.

    • Enabled benchmark tasks
    • Site maps that need to be updated
    • Group maps that need to be updated
    • Public maps that need to be updated
    • Scheduled data view templates that are enabled
    • Scheduled tasks that are enabled
  • CPU, memory size, disk size, and disk available size of each machine
  • NetworkBrain server connection status
