Email Notification

The following actions will trigger the system to send emails or system notifications to the relevant users.

Action	Email/NetBrain System Notification Receiver
Invite	The user who is invited Note: The invited user will receive the email even if the email notification function has not been enabled.
@	The user who is mentioned Note: The mentioned user will receive the email even if the email notification function has not been enabled.
Join/leave Incident	Incident members
Remove user	Incident members
Close/open incident	Incident members
Add/remove map	Incident members

Whether to send email notifications to incident members is also configurable.

Note: The profile users of the incident portal will receive emails in the above situations, whether the email notification function is enabled or not.
