Incident Dictionary Main UI

Incident Dictionary lists all system-generated and manually created Hash Tags by name, tag type, match type, associated tags, number of entries, and description. The Hash Tag can be searched by names and descriptions. Also, they can be filtered by the tag type, and all columns can be sorted in numerical and alphabetical order.
