Use OpenAI-compatible LLM

If users decide to use OpenAI Compatible LLM as the LLM model, the following configurations are required.

1. Select Specify Private API Key.
2. Select OpenAI Compatible as Model Provider.
3. Authentication. Both Base URL and API Key are required for authentication.
4. Default Model Setting. This setting applies to all features by default.  Please note that changing the embedding model will delete all existing embedded data, which will then need to be re-embedded. Users can manually enter the models.
