Define the Triggered Condition

The triggered condition defines when this Diagnosis will be executed by incident type.

The following Example illustrates how to define triggered condition. 

Example: You can select Application Check from Virtual Incident Types. All incidents belonging to this virtual incident type can trigger associated intents to run for diagnosis or mapping.

  1. Select Virtual Incident Type to trigger Diagnosis.
  2. Select an incident type, such as Application Check.
  3. (Optional) Define the filters.
    1. Select a data field of the Incident Type.
    2. Select an operator (contains, does not contain, matches, does not match, is not null).
    3. Enter a keyword.

You can combine multiple simple filters with the standard Boolean AND/OR operations.
