You can define the interactive trigger for both incoming and virtual incident types.

Follow the steps to define the interactive trigger for incident types:

  1. Define an incident type to classify different sources.
  2. Define one or more of the interactive triggers:
  • Define Teams ChatBot
  • Define Self-service
  • Define Email Triggers
  1. Configure Triggered Diagnosis.
