User Status
The following table explains each status of a user account in the system.
| Status | Description |
| Active | This user account is active. |
| Unavailable | This user account cannot be found on LDAP/AD servers. |
| Expired | This user account is inactive or expired because it has run out of the specified validity period. |
| Locked | This user account has been auto-locked due to 5 invalid login attempts. By default, locked user accounts will be unlocked in 1 hour. |
