Splunk App - Triggered Automation (Single Domain)

The NetworkBrain Splunk App is created with the idea that enabling triggered automation between Splunk and NetworkBrain should be an easy, self-service function. Once the NetworkBrain platform is integrated into the Splunk Alert workflow using the application, the customer’s NetworkBrain User(s), Network Operations Center (NOC) resources, and Network Engineering team will be able to reduce the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by taking advantage of some key features:

Enrich Splunk Alert Actions with the capability of triggering NetworkBrain Automation tasks.

Capturing the “Crime Scene” quickly in a dynamically generated NetworkBrain Map.

Creating an overall reduction in Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) through resource collaboration in a single data

source.
