Define Email Triggers

Email trigger is a method for users to trigger diagnosis by Email:

• Prerequisites: Setup Triggered Diagnosis by Email
• Users fill in the data of the Email template and send an email to the NetBrain System.
• Upon receiving this Email, the system will create an Incident, match and trigger a Diagnosis, and reply with a link to the Incident Pane.
