Visualize the BMC Remedy Data with DVT

Use Case

We have created an integration compatible with our system that enables an administrator to overlay BMC incident list data on user-created maps.

With this integration, our system can overlay the following extended information as attributes. Device level:

1. Number of Incidents
2. Incident Details

Note: This solution makes queries to Solarwinds based on the device hostname as the primary key. Our system's device hostname and Solarwinds hostname must be identical to make this solution functioning.
