Category

You can create categories to organize the action plans and automation in AI Bot Manager.

1. Navigate to the AI Bot Manager, and select Category.
2. Click + Add.
3. Input your category and click . 
4. Click Save.
   
   

In the frontend conversational UI, you can switch to different categories to locate the automation more easily.
