Error Code: API-004-001

Description

The feature upgrade of "Discovery Filter by VNet" requires the installation of both KC resource patches and the corresponding Frame Patch.

• v10.0:
  • KC Resource Common Patch: v0.0.31 or later.
  • Frame Patch: 00141333.   
  • Manually install Frame Patch.
• v10.0a:
  • KC Resource Common Patch: v0.0.26 or later.
  • Frame Patch: 00141334       or later (KC Frame Patch Version 10.0.10.19-released or later).
  • Release the Frame Patch to this customer via KC.

If the customer only installed the KC resource patch without the Frame Patch, then they will get an error log shown in the screenshot below when discovering Azure. Then you need to install the corresponding Frame patch for the customer.

Troubleshoot

When there is an error presented in the discovery Device Log as "Error occurs! Detail: module 'PyDataModel' has no attribute 'DeleteAzureNodeByID'" (see the screenshot below), then this should be the cause.
