Modify Guidebook

The following actions can be performed when creating or editing a Guidebook:

• Edit and Remove a Hypothesis
• Modify or Remove a Note
• Remove Data View Template
• Modify Guidebook

Edit and Remove a Hypothesis

In Create Guidebook or Edit Guidebook interface, hover over a Hypothesis and to:

• Edit: Click , then you can modify the hypothesis.
• Remove: Click and a warning prompt appears. Then select Remove.

Note: The Hypothesis and its associated Runbook Template/Network Intent will be deleted from this Guidebook.

Modify or Remove a Note

• Modifying a Note:
  1. In Create Guidebook or Edit Guidebook interface, mouse over the note and click .
  2. Edit the note inline.

     

• Removing a Note: The Runbook Template, Network Intent and Network Intent Cluster associated with the hypothesis can be removed from a Guidebook.
1. In Create Guidebook or Edit Guidebook interface, mouse over a Runbook Template/Network Intent/Network Intent Cluster, and click .
2. Click Remove in the Warning pop-up window. The Runbook Template, Network Intent or Network Intent Cluster will be removed from this Guidebook.

   

Remove Data View Template

1. In Create Guidebook or Edit Guidebook interface, mouse over the Data View Template, and click .
2. Click Remove in the Warning pop-up window.

   Note: The Data View Template and its respective Runbook Template/Network Intent will be deleted from this Guidebook.

   

Modify Guidebook

1. In the Guidebook interface, click the current Guidebook.
2. In the select Guidebook drop-down list, hover over the intended Guidebook and click .
