Built-in Cisco CX Integration

This procedure describes how to retrieve Cisco CX data by configuring the API Server, running the CX Cloud data retrieval plugin, and verifying the data in the Automation Data Table.

Prerequisites: The following prerequisites must be met before configurin the Cisco XCX API.

  • Cisco CX API credentials (Client ID, Password/Secret, Token if applicable. For more information, refer to the Cisco Document.
  • Valid Cisco CX API endpoint URL.
  • Required permissions to access API Server Manager and Plugin Manager
