Assess Automation Coverage with Ticket Analysis

The goal of these two features is to help power users understand what to expect when the third-party tickets come in by letting them verify whether the appropriate automations already exist. If they do, users can determine whether the automations need adjustments to target specific ticket types. If not, users can consider adding new automations to handle those ticket types.

  • Test via Deep Diagnosis: Assess in TAF how effectively Deep Diagnosis identifies the root cause of an incoming ticket and whether existing automations can resolve the identified issue. 
  • Test via Runbook Template: Determine whether a Runbook Template exists for handling a similar issue and if the associated automations can successfully resolve it.
