Triggered Automation Remediation

When an integrated third-party system ticket comes in and triggers the diagnosis of the issue, i.e., the execution of the remediation intent, a change management task can be automatically generated for the predefined devices.

 

Depending on configuration, the change task might require manual approval after creation, or it may already be pre-approved. Refer to Use TAF Remediation for configuration details.
