Lingping Gao founded NetBrain Technologies in 2004 with a mission to simplify network management. Prior to founding NetBrain, Mr. Gao was the Chief Network Architect at Thomson Financial, where he managed the complexities of large enterprise networks and experienced the challenges of maintaining network performance. Mr. Gao has experience within multiple areas of business, including management, engineering and international business within the networking, software and automotive industries. Mr. Gao holds a BS and a BA in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University and an MS in Engineering from Yale University.

Paul Smith Director of Network Connectivity at CSL

Paul Smith is the Director of Network Connectivity and Monitoring at CSL, bringing extensive experience in managing complex network architectures. His expertise spans Higher Education, Healthcare, Global Pharmaceuticals, and Enterprise environments, aligning cybersecurity with business goals.

Paul Russo Wireless Solutions Architect

Paul Russo is a Wireless Solutions Architect at Technologent and an experienced IT professional with a strong background in incident and resource management. He brings expertise in enterprise data center technologies, monitoring, and process optimization. Known for his ability to excel in high-stress, time-sensitive environments, Paul consistently delivers reliable and efficient solutions. Song Pang Chief Technology Officer

Song Pang has served as the Vice President of Support and Services for NetBrain since 2016. He is responsible for ensuring our customers are successful in deploying, adopting, and realizing value out of the NetBrain product through Technical Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Prior to NetBrain Mr. Pang worked for Stroud International, a management consulting firm, where he focused on partnering with operations leadership teams in opportunity identification, results delivery, and designing improvement frameworks. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.

Can I attend NetBrainLIVE virtually?

No, NetBrainLive is an in-person only event, although many of the written materials will be made available to existing customers after the event has completed (on request).

Are substitution permitted after I have registered?

Yes, Substitutions will be permitted by written request to emma.picton@netbraintech.com

Will meals be provided with the paid registration?

Yes, NetBrain will provide breakfast and lunch each of the three days, and will conduct a cocktail network reception and a boston dinner cruise on the first two days, respectively.

Do I need to reserve a seat for breakout sessions?

No. Seating will be sufficient for the expected attendance in various breakout sessions. Additional seating will be provided if demand exceeds estimates.

What is the dress code?

Most attendees will be wearing business casual, which is preferred.

Where can I find helpful information for things to see while the Boston area?

What is the weather expected to be during the conference?

Fall weather is usually mild to cooler, with temperatures during the day averaging the upper 60s F (19C to 20C). Nights are cooler by 15 degrees

Which airport should I travel into and how do I then reach the Marriott venue?

The closest airport is BOS Logan Airport. The venue can be reached in 20 minutes by Taxi and Uber. You can also take the BLUE line subway two stops. To do so, board the BLUE line in the airport loop, and take it two stops to the Aquarium Station. The Marriott is then 500 feet away.
