In the complex world of healthcare IT, optimal network performance is vital to efficient operations that drive revenue and ensure excellent care. For Erie Family Health in Greater Chicago, their need for more strategic IT initiatives meant turning to a trusted partner in Burwood Group who implemented NetBrain-as-a-Service.
The objective? Help Erie’s IT team time, as Burwood puts it, “advance beyond simple ‘read and react’ network management to a solution that would fuel IT business and capacity planning and expedite troubleshooting.”
NetBrain was able to identify a “problem that had existed forever” in just a matter of minutes.
Erie Family Health now gets a complete network map in minutes, rather than the days, weeks, or even months it used to take. They also have automated health checks and now execute network changes with full control and visibility.
Using NetBrain, Burwood was able to resolve a “problem that had existed forever” in just a matter of minutes. An asynchronous routing issue between a satellite site and the data center was identified immediately.
Now I check NetBrain every morning because it gives me the instant insights I need to address minor issues before they become major ones.”
